He has a proven drive for delivering all types of construction projects successfully while ensuring project objectives are clearly defined and met, while navigating constraints such as scope, time, and budget. He has over 30 years of experience in building revenues across a broad range of industries, products, and services.  

Community support is important to Ken, who served 25 years on the Board for the Nickle Family Foundation, including 10 years as Chairman.  In his off time, he enjoys spending his time with his growing family, especially in the Columbia Valley, and enjoys his annual motorcycle ride with his buddies. 

Alexis is adaptable, proactive and learns new skills quickly and efficiently to support  our clients. She seeks clarity through interactions and communication and excels at creating and improving processes to manage projects and work-flows.
 

She acts as a resource and diffuses difficult situations when they arise. She has solid communication and organizational skills.

She specializes in Project Management, Process Development, Coordination, Organizational Specialist, and Customer Support.

Alexis volunteered for 15 years for CW4W.  She enjoys being in the mountains, hiking, scooting, photography, making cards, and gardening. In the winter she snowboards and snowshoes.
